Norwegian Cod is one of the most sustainable groundfish and it is the largest cod stock in the world. Norway's Cod catches come from the cold, clear waters of the Barents Sea, and, for couple of months a year, the mature Cod migrate closer to the Norwegian coastline to breed.

Other wild catch In addition to our main species like Cod and Haddock, we also have a variety of fish like Redfish, Catfish and Monkfish. The fish is caught by day boats either as a bycatch or in short periods of the year. Supply can vary, but quality is still our priority.
